Brian MacConville, who graduated from Bolton Street College of Technology Dublin in 1976, formed Brian MacConville and Associates (BMA) in 2011 as a restructuring of Fenton Simons Planning and Development Consultants, of which he was a joint director with Shay Fenton since 2000.
